A different kind of fitness app
Most fitness products reward constant attention. Korvelis is built around a different idea: your training deserves context, and your attention deserves protection.
It learns from the work you already do, connects the signals that matter, and speaks only when guidance can improve the next decision.
One continuous experience
Korvelis keeps planning, performance, recovery, and reflection connected—without making you manage a collection of disconnected tools.
Build routines from a focused exercise library and turn a training idea into a session you can actually follow.
Capture sets, reps, load, notes, and personal records while keeping your attention on the work—not the screen.
Review history, trends, and recovery in context so a single hard day never tells the whole story.
Korvelis surfaces guidance when the evidence supports it—and respects silence when another prompt would only add noise.
One connected Apple experience
Korvelis gives each device a clear role. The phone holds the full picture, the watch stays close to the session, and Health adds context only when you allow it.
Plan routines, log working sets, review history, and understand how today fits into the larger training cycle.
Planning · Logging · TrendsKeep useful workout context within reach while reducing the need to move attention back to your phone.
Live context · Less interruptionSupported health signals can add perspective when you choose to share them. Korvelis remains useful without mandatory Health access.
Permission-based · RevocableFrom signal to decision
Korvelis is designed to turn the work you already record into useful context—not an endless stream of scores, streaks, and notifications.
Sessions, sets, load, notes, and personal records establish what actually happened.
Training history and optional recovery signals help each day make sense inside a longer pattern.
Clear guidance appears when the available evidence can improve a decision—and stays quiet when it cannot.

Private by design
Detailed workout, routine, body, recovery, and coaching records are designed to remain on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud storage.
Raw sessions and sets are not uploaded to the social backend simply because you log a workout.
You choose which supported signals Korvelis can read, and you can revoke access in system settings.
Sharing is a separate, intentional action with clear audience controls and private as the default.
Questions, answered clearly
